What we collect

When you request a quote we collect:

• your name, mobile number and (if you give it) email address;
• the location of the install (barangay, city or municipality, province);
• details about the job: install type, electric bill, roof type, system size, battery preference, notes and preferred call time;
• any files you upload, such as photos of your roof, electric bills, existing equipment and other installers' quotes.

Our spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) and our hosting provider (Cloudflare) process technical data such as your IP address to keep the site working and secure.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your request, arrange and manage your booking, and keep a record of the booking and deposit.

Who sees it

• Our booker, who calls you and manages the booking.
• The installer assigned to your job, who needs your details and files to plan and do the work.

Your files go to the booker and the installer only. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. We use service providers to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting, storage and email) and OpenRouter, which passes your request and files to an OpenAI model to produce a short summary for the booker. They process your information on our behalf and not for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep requests that do not become bookings for [TBD, e.g. 12 months]. For bookings, we keep records for as long as needed for warranty follow-up and as required by law. [TBD]

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailinghello@pinoysolar.com. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission.
